This page is a commerce-ready terms framework. Before trading at scale, have counsel for the US selling entity review and replace the text for the company, customer jurisdictions, and actual fulfillment model.

Orders and quotes

Catalog price, stock, tax, and shipping are confirmed at checkout and in the order record. Quotes are valid only for the stated period; the written confirmation of products, quantities, price, tax, and delivery terms controls the final order.

Payment and fulfillment

Wise transfer orders remain on hold until funds are matched. Orders using freight confirmation must have final shipping and fulfillment origin confirmed by the sales team before dispatch.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for accurate company, billing, delivery, tax, and contact details, and for confirming import, licensing, certification, and destination compliance requirements.
