Shipping, returns, and refunds

Physical orders may be fulfilled from China, the United States, or Europe. The actual origin, carrier, lead time, and freight depend on the products, quantity, destination, and confirmed order terms.

Shipping

When checkout shows “Shipping to be confirmed,” the order remains on hold while the sales team confirms freight and fulfillment. Cross-border orders may incur import tax, duties, customs, or other destination charges.

Returns and refunds

Submit a request promptly for damage, incorrect items, or another order issue, including the order number, order email, quantities, and evidence such as photos. Approval of a return, exchange, or refund follows the order terms and applicable law.
